Our managed services team are systems and database experts, as well as experts in the setup and running of our eBilling and Analysis suite of products.  Customers have the option to host our solutions in-house, outsource to a third party, or use our hosting facilities.  Our production systems are located in one of the UK’s leading, secure and resilient co-location facilities.  Production web and database servers, along with network equipment are housed in a suite at the co-location facility that provides 24x7 security. 

Even if you host our products yourself you can still access this valuable resource if you have a technical query or require technical guidance.

Data Processing & Print Services
The data processing team are the people who ensure that all data gets processed correctly and accurately.  This includes all hosted solutions and data for those customers who host the solution in-house or via a third party.

Through our chosen print partner we can offer excellent print quality for end user bills and other communications.  Customers that choose to take advantage of this service benefit from a fully outsourced solution that is helps to reduce operating costs and improve service levels.
