Systems Integrator

Service providers are increasingly demanding that BSS and OSS vendors cooperate in order to provide a seamless integration between different solutions.  As a result, vendors need to employ an open architecture approach so that the delivery of solutions can be on time and on budget, but also to ensure that they are fit for purpose.

Our response has been to develop a range of modularised options which can be integrated into third party solutions quickly and easily.  This ‘pick and mix’ approach allows part implementation of our solutions in order to satisfy urgent business needs, with the option of implementing additional functionality as and when the need arises.

Alternatively the service provider may wish to implement functionality from disparate suppliers, each with their own ‘best of breed’ functionality.  In this case they may choose to appoint a systems integrator to manage the different supplier relationships.
