Architecture
The solution has been designed to work directly with BRI, PRI and Analogue trunks. Trunk types can be mixed. The system captures all calls in and out of the systems, unless specified by the software. No extension matching is offered, meaning that the installation process is very simple. No extension matching also means that the system is PBX agnostic.
Components
Hardware Hardware is employed to connect the NTE (Network Termination Equipment) and the computer. The hardware is designed to allow multiple connections to the same computer. Software Call capture. Captures all calls and stores them in a simplified chronological order on the HDD. Relevant information such as CLI, DDI, Time and Date are also stored with the call record. Call Search and retrieval. Call are searched and retrieved by the software. The software can be accessed from any authorised computer on the Network.
