CTI Group shortlisted at Global Mobile Awards 2008

Telecoms management vendor in running for Best Billing and Customer Solution
   
CTI Group, a leading provider of Bill Management solutions, has been shortlisted at the 13th Annual GSM Association Global Mobile Awards in the category for Best Billing and Customer Solution for its Bill Management suite – Dynamic Reports.

The Global Awards 2008 will culminate at the Mobile World Congress (formerly the 3GSM World Congress) with a Gala Dinner at Barcelona's spectacular National Palace on the evening of Tuesday 12th February 2008.

Part of the CTI Group Bill Management suite, Dynamic Reports is an electronic billing and analysis solution for telecoms operators. It allows Telcos to reduce or completely remove the need for paper bills and instead provide a powerful and insightful electronic billing solution. One customer of CTI Group has realised a 40% reduction in churn, 15% reduction in costs, increased customer growth and a return on investment in just 3 months.
