Product Management
CTI Group dedicated Product Management team work together with customers to ensure that technical and presentation requirements are accurately captured and reflected in the final product.
By developing a partner relationship with the Telco, the Product Management team are aware of future developments in the Telecoms field, and are able to maintain innovative solutions that include the latest technologies and services.
Project Management
CTI Group assigns a dedicated Project Manager to act as the key interface to the customer to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The Project Manager will ensure that all requirements are clearly understood and agree delivery dates with both parties, with regular tracking and communication of progress.
Training
Product training is offered to all relevant personnel, as determined by the Telco. Training sessions are structured to meet the specific needs of its audience, ranging from product overview presentations, to “hands on” workshops and in depth one to one training.
To enable products to be successfully brought into service, CTI Group can provide training to key end users on behalf of the Telco. Assisting with, for example, initial software installation and tailoring of reports, provides increased customer services and added value to the Telco's sales offering.
Technical Support
CTI Group offer Technical Support on all our solutions via end users preferred contact method of either email, telephone or fax. Operated by product specialists, the support team help trouble shoot specific user problems and provide advanced techniques to resolve difficulties, ensuring users obtain maximum benefit from the products.
Calls, which are answered on behalf of the Telco using approved dialogue, provide an additional source for feedback to measure user satisfaction of CTI Group solutions, which is then fed back to the Telco. |
