SplitBill functionality at a glance
SplitBill is configured to reflect the structure of the user’s own business. A nominated administrator has overall control – with the ability to create rules and address books that automatically allocate costs to minimise the amount of effort required each month.
Administrator - responsible for overall control and management of the SplitBill solution, the administrator creates company rules such as policy and personal spending limits. SplitBill provides the administrator with a clear overview of the status of individual users, summarising whether phone expenses have been viewed, submitted and approved.
Authoriser - in larger organisations, authorisers provide a vital link between administrators and users, setting their own rules and resolving queries from the groups or individuals allocated to their control.
User - users access only their individual details, simply ‘tagging’ usage according to whether it is personal, business or project. Telephone numbers can be tagged so that they are automatically allocated to the same category each month.
Payroll Deductions - data can be easily integrated into existing payroll packages – so that the cost of personal calls can be deducted from salary at source. It can also be integrated into accounting or bespoke company systems.
