Dynamic Reports is a low-cost ebilling and analysis solution for SMEs and consumers. Delivered each billing period either online or by secure email, Dynamic Reports offers summary and in-depth information for the previous month’s billing. This is presented in the form of statistics, 3D graphs, interactive charts and customer watchpoints and observations, together with the facility to include an electronic version of the bill.
All reports can be accessed through a simple menu system, or via hyperlinks within the ‘observations & actions’ segment on the dashboard.
Interactive functionality allows end-users to select and amend key usage reports and individual handsets to monitor activity from the homepage. Users are able to manage their own contact details that are automatically updated to the service provider. Multi-play ready, the bill consolidates costs from converged services into a single, unified bill for simple cost control and management.

Dynamic Reports functionality at a glance
- Summary Dashboard - the Dynamic Reports homepage or ‘Dashboard’ is a unique feature designed to give the user rapid access to an ‘at a glance’ summary of a selected billing period, or a number of billing periods
- Post Backs - the option to easily change the default settings for watchpoints, observations, actions and customer details
- Sophisticated Advertising Functionality – integrated within the solution, this enables the service provider to place highly targeted advertising banners, based on a user’s profile, spend or usage, within the customer’s bill. These banners link back to the service provider’s, or third-party, website without the need for a sizeable CRM/customer profiling database
- Powerful Reporting - Dynamic Reports has a set number of reports, which display information in text and graphical representation
- Call Records and Call Search - the ability to include call records with the solution is implemented as a switchable item; this switch is available at the communication provider level and also as a threshold on the number of calls and/or number of CLIs
- Call Filter - enables the recipient to enter a search criteria to view a particular group of calls, for example all calls made on a Saturday to a particular number
