This is presented in the form of statistics, 3D graphs, interactive charts and customer watchpoints and observations.

- Summary Dashboard - the Dynamic Reports homepage or ‘dashboard’ is a unique feature designed to give the user rapid access to an ‘at a glance’ summary of a selected billing period, or a number of billing periods
- Post Backs - the option to easily change the default settings for watchpoints, observations and actions
- Sophisticated Advertising Functionality – integrated within the solution, this enables the service provider to place highly targeted advertising banners, based on a user’s profile, spend or usage, within the customer’s bill. These banners link back to the service provider’s, or third-party, website without the need for a sizeable CRM/customer profiling database
- PDF Bill - included as part of the Dynamic Report so there is no need to send out paper bills
- Powerful Reporting - Dynamic Reports has a set number of reports, which display information in text and graphical representation
- Call Records and Call Search - the ability to include call records with the solution is implemented as a switchable item; this switch is available at the communication provider level and also as a threshold on the number of calls and/or number of CLIs
- Call Filter - enables the recipient to enter a search criteria to view a particular group of calls, for example all calls made on a Saturday to a particular number
